Yes. Every vCard from vcrd.co works on iPhone and iPad.

Adding a card on an iPhone

Open a card page, such as our demo card, in Safari and tap Add to Contacts. iOS opens the card and offers Create New Contact or Add to Existing Contact. There's nothing to install.
