About vCard Hosting

What is a vCard?

A vCard is the standard file format for electronic business cards. It holds your name, phone numbers, email, addresses, websites and photo, and phones and email programs can save it straight to their contacts. Read more about vCards.

What does vCard Hosting do?

We give each of your cards a page and a contact file at a short link, with QR codes and reports, and we keep them up to date for you. You share the link; people save your details.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Personal plan is free forever for one card. Paid plans add more cards, no vCard Hosting branding, custom fields, bulk import, an API with write access and more. Compare plans.

How does billing work?

Paid plans are billed yearly through Stripe. Your first paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and you can change or cancel your plan any time from your account.

What if it doesn't work out for me?

Contact us and we'll do our best to fix it. If we can't, see our satisfaction guarantee.

Whose name is on my invoice?

vCard Hosting is run by Andover Labs LLC, so charges and invoices show that name.

Using your cards

I've signed up. What next?

Set your custom URL under Settings, then create a card from My vCards. Here are some ways to use it.

Can I import a lot of cards at once?

Yes. On the Small Business plan and above you can upload a spreadsheet of cards. See the file format.

How do I download high-resolution QR codes?

Open a card and choose QR codes. You can download the link QR code and the contact QR code as large PNG files or as SVG.

Can I add my own fields?

Yes, up to five custom fields per card on Personal Pro and above. See how.

Can search engines see my card?

Card pages are public so that anyone with the link can open them. On the Professional plan and above you can hide a card from search engines, and on Small Business and above you can protect a card with a password.

How do I delete a card?

Open the card and choose Delete. You can restore it from Recently deleted for 30 days.

Your account

Is my information safe?

Everything is served over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and we never sell your information. See our privacy policy.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. Settings → Export downloads everything in your account as a ZIP: your cards as .vcf files and a spreadsheet, and your photos.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Delete account. Your cards go offline at once, your subscription is cancelled, and everything is erased after 30 days.
